The Dave Merlino Show

This is the MMA of Conservative Talk Radio.  Gloves off, Brass knuckles ON Conservative Talk Radio.  Everyday, the American people are bombarded with slanted news from the liberal media.  Every Saturday, Dave takes on the leftists in the media and BURIES them with reason and fact.  Dave breaks down sound clips, news articles, and policies in order to expose the left for what it is: A COMPLETE FRAUD.

The Dave Merlino show is driven by conservatism, but often takes entertaining detours into the world of sports, film, poker, cigars and much more.

Who is Dave Merlino?

Good question.  We know he's originally from Buffalo, NY.  We also know he has a chemical imbalance engineering degree from Purdue University.  Dave moved to Atlanta sometime in the past 10 years, and recently worked his way into the 640 WGST studio.  We also know that he has a unmatched passion for talk radio, so we gave him a shot...and we liked what he had to say.

The fearless producer of The Dave Merlino Show is Jake Cook...who actually has many fears (spiders, failure, and the sound a Coke makes when it comes out of the machine, just to name a few).

Jake has been in radio since he was 15 years old, pulling his first airshift on an AM station in Memphis, TN.  He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Rhodes College in 2001, and now uses it to help Dave and Steve discredit the liberal media...but mostly to make jokes about democrats.

The Dave Merlino show is always dedicated to the memory of "Big Steve" Levee.  We lost Big Steve on September 6th, 2011.  We're proud to have known him, and even more proud to have called him our friend.  RIP Biggie Bigs.

Check out Merlino's interview with Dave Bego, a business owner who has been targeted by the SEIU and author of The Devil at my Doorstep.  The thugs are trying to force him to unionize against his will.  It's an eye-opening situation, to say the least.

“Big” Steve Levee, co-host of the Dave Merlino Show
on 640 WGST, unexpectedly passed away Tuesday afternoon.  After experiencing
flu-like symptoms over the weekend, he was admitted to the hospital Monday
night.  The doctors found an infection in his blood, but were unable to save his
life.  Steve leaves behind his wife, Holly, and their three
daughters.

As Merlino would say, Steve was the
“6’4”, 280lb. Behemoth” with a heart of gold.  If
you knew him, you were always happy to see him…and he was glad to see you
(especially if you were an LSU fan).

We consider ourselves lucky to have
known him, and proud to call him our friend.

“Laissez les bon temps rouler.”- Big
Steve Levee.
